The centre for Gestalt in organisations (centre4gio Ltd) is a social enterprise established to develop, promote and use Gestalt and other associated means of achieving effectiveness in organisations.

We do this by providing a comprehensive Professional Development Programme, the aim of which is to enhance personal efficacy in leadership, management, consulting, facilitation and coaching.

As a social enterprise we re-invest any surplus from our activities into developing our services and keeping our costs as low as possible, so that people are not inhibited from benefiting due to expense.

We work throughout out programmes with both a structured approach, where we focus on an agreed agenda, and an emergent approach, where we focus on what arises in the moment.

Our Professional Development programme has two elements; the first is an Introduction to Gestalt in Organisations (GIO) and the second is a series of advanced GIO modules focusing on specific topics of current interest. For more information on these click below.
