Leading in a climate of complexity
This three-day residential programme is aimed at leaders and potential leaders who are interested in improving their leadership effectiveness, and internal and external consultants who want to better support leadership development.
The modern organisational environment is highly complex. Hierarchical structures of management are no longer effective as organisations re-organise themselves as networks of human relationships. Coping with high speed market and economic developments calls for leadership awareness and responsiveness of a new order.
The Gestalt approach to leadership is both powerful and effective. On this programme we will explore five key areas of leadership among other Gestalt models and approaches. These are:
- Leading high performing teams in a climate of ambiguity, uncertainty and complexity.
- Working with the paradoxical theory of change to stay on top of events.
- Improving your sensitivity to organisational field conditions as they constantly emerge and change.
- Developing a leadership style that flows from clear and authentic dialogue and meaningful conversations.
- Building long lasting and supportive relationships both within and external to the organisation.
