This three-day residential programme is aimed at leaders, potential leaders and consultants who are interested in improving their coaching effectiveness.

Coaching is very much now embedded in the way people are developed in organisations. The current speed and business of organisations has led to the development of learning interventions that are as closely as possible linked to day to day work. Coaching is widely recognised as helping this process. However, the approaches to coaching vary. Gestalt offers a unique view of coaching, moving away from the traditional 'expert' led coach towards the place where learning truly happens - in dialogue.

The Gestalt approach to coaching is unique, different and effective. On this programme we will explore the application of gestalt approaches to coaching, as well as the differences in some of the assumptions it makes from 'traditional' coaching methodology. The module will be practical and relaxed.
