In the section 'Discovering Gestalt' we give a flavour of the Gestalt approach, yet to really get a taste for it our Gestalt approach needs to be experienced.

We offer a free one-day introduction to Gestalt in Organisations for up to 12 people. Our aim is to provide an opportunity for the people involved to engage with each other in a different way and to discover the power of working together in a Gestalt way.

We will show how a Gestalt approach helps people to deal with uncertainty, manage ambiguity and to work with complex situations in a simple way.

We would hope to demonstrate the effectiveness of experiment and improvisation, particularly from a leadership perspective.
