The centre for Gestalt in organisations (centre4gio Ltd) is a social enterprise established to develop, promote and use Gestalt and other associated means of achieving effectiveness in organisations.

We do this by providing in-house services the aim of which is to enhance personal efficacy in leadership, management, consulting, facilitation and coaching.

As a social enterprise we re-invest any surplus from our activities into developing our services and keeping our costs as low as possible, so that people and organisations are not inhibited from benefiting due to expense.

Our approach is an emergent one where we focus on what arises in the moment. So that you can gain some sense of our approach we offer organisations free taster days for up to 12 people.
