Who we are
The centre for Gestalt in organisations is a social enterprise established to develop, promote and use Gestalt and other associated means of achieving effectiveness in organisations.
We do this in three ways: providing personal development programmes, publications and consultancy.
There are five of us involved in the enterprise at this time -
|
Trevor Bentley - Trevor describes himself as a corporate spellcracker. In this role his fun and joy is in working with Chief executives and executive teams to crack the spells that keep them spellbound in old inappropriate practices. He has a compelling and creative approach to his work. He has taught on a number of MBA programmes and has worked at Board level with large and small organisations in over 20 countries focusing in particular on inspirational leadership. Trevor has a PhD in organisational development and is a chartered management accountant. He is a trained Gestalt practitioner and a professional writer, having published over 30 books and many articles on management, leadership and business.

Howard Boorman - Howard's passion is working with a Gestalt approach in organisations, while having fun and making a real difference. He focuses on drawing out solutions from within by acting like an organisational gardener: planting questions, digging up ideas, nurturing growth and helping organisations harvest the fruits of a more people-centred approach. Before becoming an organisational gardener, Howard spent 25 years as a trainer, senior manager, facilitator and consultant. He has qualifications in Adult Education, Corporate Management and Gestalt Therapy. He's had several articles published including "The Gestalt of Future Search" and "Leading with Heart and Soul".
